FLSF is ready, willing, and able to work with your Sarasota County or Manatee County condominium association, so it complies with Florida Law Ch. 2023-203 which revises Florida Statute 553.899 (2022). Mandatory structural inspections for Florida condominiums, 30 years or older and three or more stories, must have a Milestone Inspection to ensure your buildings are safe and sound, prior to December 31, 2024.
